  • What is the typical timeline for creating a custom top?
    The standard timeline for completing a custom top is approximately 6-8 weeks from the initial payment. The process begins with a 30-45 minute consultation, during which we will also schedule two check-in dates. Please note that the timeline may vary based on factors such as the designer's availability, the client's schedule, the complexity of the design, and the size of the top.
  • What are your availability hours?
    Thursday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. For inquiries outside of these hours, please reach out, as availability may vary depending on circumstances. Best contact: akiswardrobe@gmail.com
  • What information do I need to provide?
    If we cannot meet in person, I will need your under-bust and over-bust measurements (in cm) as well as your bra size. If we meet in person, I will take your measurements during our consultation. Additionally, to begin the design process, a $75 consultation fee is required. And don't forget to bring a positive attitude!
  • What does the pricing cover?
    SIREN tops start at $400 The price includes research, consultation, labor, materials, design sketches, size and color variations, and any revisions required during the process.
  • How can I make payments?

  • What is the price breakdown?
    Consultation Fee: $75 (required to begin) First Fitting: First Half of Remaining Balance Second Fitting: Second Half of Remaining Balance Payments can be made via Zelle to ashajpowell1@gmail.com.
  • Can you work within my budget?
    Absolutely! It’s best to discuss your budget during the initial consultation. From there, we can work together to tailor the design to fit within your ideal price range.
  • How are check-ins conducted?
    If you’re in Chicago, we can hold in-person consultations and check-ins. If you’re outside the city, we’ll conduct meetings via Zoom.
  • What happens during the check-ins?
    Check-ins are a collaborative part of the process where you can provide detailed feedback on the design. This is a safe, open space for you to communicate what you love and what may need adjustments to ensure the final product is exactly what you envision.
  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. However, if there is a clear defect in the product, it can be fixed free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Can you work within my budget?

Of course! It is best to come to the designer upfront about your ideal budget. From there, negotiations can begin.

If you are located within the city of Chicago, we will conduct the consultation and check-ins in-person. If not, we will we meet over zoom.

Final sale for all products except for the case of clear defect which extends only for a 30 day period which will be fixed for free.
